North Star Law was launched in November 2009 and the corporate team has acted on a wide variety of transactions since launch. These include two sports investment transactions, a marketing acquisition and advising on the shareholders arrangements for a property consultancy.

In addition, the corporate partners at North Star Law have huge experience across multiple sectors, geographies and business sizes: from magazine launches to football club purchases; from the acquisition of recruitment consultancies to the re-shaping of global supply chains. There is real expertise and quality in the client offer. This collective breadth and depth of experience means we hardly ever meet situations and problems that are completely new to us.

We have resources sufficient to deal properly with most transactions and we have a sensible view on the need to agree fixed fees, or fee packages with a success element.

Private Client

North Star Law advises extensively on tax structures for non-domiciliaries as well as on personal and domestic matters. Examples include advice on remuneration and commercial structures for a well known sportsman and "family office" style advice for a well respected international businessman.

We provide advice on family trusts, wills and domestic transactions such as high value residential conveyancing.
