NorthStar advises on marketing M&A deal

North Star Law advised the shareholders of Meteorite Marketing Limited on the disposal of the entire issued share capital of the Company to leading global advertising and marketing conglomerate IPG. The deal represents a substantial breakthrough for North Star's corporate team led by partner Jeff McGeachie. The merged agency formed out of the acquisition is to be called MRM Meteorite and it will be one of the UK's leading direct and digital marketing agencies.
