Sport

North Star Law has acted on some of the most innovative sports business deals of 2010/11. The work ranges from digital cointent work for DBG Convers to the investment by Convers Sports Initiatives plc in sports content provider Sportspost. The team led by partner Jeff McGeachie has also worked on the launches of GB Sport TV and Power Play Golf as well as strategic investments in online magazine GP Week and Boom Spin Limited.

Fashion

The work in fashion has ranged from doing work for large designer houses to individual designer start-ups. We have a commercial understanding for the needs of the industry and we are conscious to minimise all legal headaches and leave our clients get on with the creative process which they do best. Our partners have therefore assisted with a large spectrum of issues including the company set-up, company restructuring, commercial lease negotiations and employment issues.
