Implementing exit strategies and M&A transactions

The partners have a combined total of 30 years experience of implementing exit transactions for medium to large private companies. These transactions range from AIM floats to M&A transactions and buy-outs. We understand that these transactions represent the culmination of many years of hard work and can often be stressful and bewildering. We explain the issues without resort to jargon and we look to maximise the predictability of costs (generally through fixed or capped mechanisms). We also have a commercial and imaginative mind-set preferring deal completion to problem raising.
